*Important: Insurance billing is unavailable for couples counseling or any appointment beginning at 5:00 PM or later.
External Provider Help
Services provided by Dr. Carpenter are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement claims. Most major carriers like Blue Cross, Aetna, or Tricare allow patients to file for a refund using the monthly itemized billing statements issued by this practice.
